Chelsea are reportedly open to selling Senegalese striker Nicolas Jackson this summer.
According to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, the possibility of Jackson leaving this summer remains on the table, though any potential move could be complicated by Chelsea’s financial expectations. The club is said to be demanding a significant fee for the forward.
Interest from Italian sides, particularly Juventus and Napoli, has emerged, but the London club’s valuation may prove a stumbling block unless they are willing to lower their asking price.
Speaking on YouTube, Romano noted: “What I can say at the moment as of June 21 is that Chelsea are demanding a high fee for Jackson. I’ve been told there’s interest from the Premier League. We’re talking about more than £47-51 million (€55-60 million).”
While a transfer is considered possible, Romano indicated it is only likely if Chelsea soften their stance on the fee, especially for Italian suitors.
Nicolas Jackson is currently part of the Chelsea squad in the United States of America where they are participating in the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup.
He received a red card in the team’s 3-1 defeat to Flamengo and will miss the next game against ES Tunis.
