France-born defender of Cameroonian descent, Sacha Boey is set to depart Bayern Munich at the end of the 2024/25 football season.
The young full-back has struggled for playing time this season and is now reportedly unhappy at the German Bundesliga club.
Despite being under contract until 2028, the 23-year-old no longer appears to be a key part of the club’s future plans.
Bayern are already looking ahead, with Josip Stanišić and Konrad Laimer emerging as preferred options for the right-back position next season. As a result, Sacha Boey’s departure seems increasingly likely.
Sources have, however, indicated that his departure is dependent on other arrivals at Bayern Munich in the summer window.
In the ongoing season, Sacha Boey has made eight appearances in the German Bundesliga. He has not scored but has one assist to his name.
He hopes to play more for Bayern Munich in the remainder of the season but will consider leaving the club at the end of the season.
