Cameroon’s coach, Volker Finke, has called up Mohamed Idrissou to replace the injured Landry Nguemo from Bordeaux in the squad. Idrissou, a striker from Kaiserslautern, will join the team on Tuesday. The decision was made after injuries to Stephane Mbia from Sevilla FC and Cédric Raoul from Osasuna, for whom Franck Bagnack was initially recalled from FC Barcelona’s reserve. Idrissou, a regular at the national team, will be part of the squad for the crucial match against Tunisia on October 13 in the World Cup qualifying play-offs for the 2014 Brazil World Cup.
