The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has announced that June 15 will be the final deadline for football associations to submit their clubs for participation in next season’s African competitions.
This decision is crucial for outlining the upcoming schedules and identifying the clubs that will represent their countries in the prestigious tournaments, particularly the CAF Champions League and the CAF Confederation Cup.
By setting this deadline, CAF aims to streamline the preparation and organization of the next edition of these competitions.
The governing body emphasized the importance of completing domestic leagues and cup competitions by the end of May or early June to ensure a smooth transition into the continental tournaments.
