CAF postpones Morocco vs. Niger in U-17 women's World Cup qualifiers

The African Football Confederation (CAF) has decided to postpone the eagerly anticipated match between the Moroccan Women’s U-17 national football team and their Nigerian counterparts.

Initially scheduled for Saturday, February 3, 2024, the clash will now take place on Monday, starting at 5:00 PM.

The Royal Moroccan Football Federation, in an official statement on its website, announced that the match, set to be held at the Municipal Stadium in Berkane, is part of the second-round qualifiers for the African segment of the Women’s U-17 World Cup.

The return leg is scheduled for the same venue on Friday, February 9, 2024, at 5:00 PM.

Younes Rabii, the coach of the Moroccan Women’s U-17 football team, extended invitations to 24 players to represent the national squad in this crucial encounter.
