As part of its ongoing training initiatives, the Confederation of African Football (CAF) is hosting a two-day training seminar for African match commissioners at its headquarters in Cairo, as reported by ATS.
The seminar, taking place from April 3 to April 4, will bring together 110 commissioners representing 56 countries, including the 54 member associations and the two associate members, Réunion and Zanzibar.
During the two-day event, various aspects related to match organization, CAF competition regulations, marketing, media, and refereeing will be covered. Additionally, delegates will receive training on the newly launched electronic management system “CAFCMS” and the club licensing system, including its implementation.
Meanwhile, presidents, general secretaries, and technical directors of member countries assisted by English-language support are participating in a seminar in Johannesburg, South Africa, concurrently.
