RS Berkane coach, Moine Chaabani, has insisted that his side will not be affected by the pressure ahead of their CAF Confederation Cup clash with Simba SC.
The Moroccan side will be hosted at the Amaan Stadium in the return leg on Sunday, with kick-off scheduled at 13:00 GMT.
Berkane head into the game with a 2-0 lead.
“Nahdet Berkane will not be affected by the pressures it has been subjected to since arriving in Zanzibar,” Al-Shabani said at the press conference.
“We have a strong group that is accustomed to this kind of pressure, and our goal is to bring the title back to Morocco despite the difficulty of the task.”
“The opponent has nothing to lose in the second leg, even though the first leg result (2-0) is not decisive.”
“Next season we will move on to participate in the CAF Champions League, and therefore we aim to win the Confederation Cup this season, making it the third title in the history of Renaissance Berkane,” he added.
The winner of the tie will be crowned champion of the Confederation Cup.
