Wydad Athletic Club have completed the signing of Stephane Aziz Ki on a two-year deal, bringing in the Burkina Faso international just in time for their FIFA Club World Cup campaign.
Aziz Ki, 29, arrives from Tanzanian champions Young Africans, where he made a strong impact since joining in 2022. He adds creativity and experience to a WAC side eager to challenge global giants such as Al Ain, Juventus, and Manchester City.
The midfielder, capped 17 times for Burkina Faso and scorer of two international goals, brings both flair and maturity to the Moroccan side. His journey spans clubs in Spain, Cyprus, Ivory Coast, and Tanzania.
He started his football career in Spain with San Roque de Lepe, later playing for Omonia Nicosia, Aris Limassol, and Nea Salamina in Cyprus before impressing with ASEC Mimosas in his homeland.
Aziz Ki joins former Morocco international Nordin Amrabat as one of the key additions to the Red Castle squad.
