Burkina Faso begin preparations for 2027 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers

Burkina Faso have begun their preparations for the 2027 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers, with the first members of the national squad taking part in training on Monday afternoon.

The players worked at the Stade du 4-Aout under national team manager Amir Abdou and his coaching staff, as the Etalons started an important week ahead of their opening Group F fixture.

Burkina Faso will host Benin at the Stade du 4-Aout on Friday, 25 September, with kick-off scheduled for 19:00 GMT.

They will then travel to Casablanca to face the Central African Republic on 28 September in their second qualifying match.
