The Burkina Faso national football team, known as the Stallions, conducted a training session at the August 4 Stadium in Ouagadougou as part of their preparations for the upcoming match against Algeria in the Brazil 2014 World Cup play-offs. The session, open to the public, attracted around 600 supporters. However, fans of the Algerian team were reportedly turned away by Stallions fans, possibly to prevent them from gaining insights into Burkina Faso’s tactical approach. The training focused on finishing and working in front of the goals. The match between Burkina Faso and Algeria is scheduled for October 12.
