Brazil international of Cameroonian descent Vinicius Junior will commit his future to Real Madrid by signing a long-term contract.
The 24-year-old highly-profiled winger’s current contract with the Spanish giants runs out two-year time. Having impressed after almost five-year spell, the club has decided to tie him down beyond 2027.
Per reports in Spain, Real Madrid have reached an agreement on a new contract with Vinicius Junior. He is expected to sign a contract that will keep him at the club until summer 20230.
Meanwhile, Vinicius will reportedly earn around 20 million euros per year, with his salary set to increase each season.
The Brazilian-Cameroonian star has been with Real Madrid since July 2018, having joined from Flamengo for 45 million euros. In the recently concluded season, Vinicius made 53 appearances for the club, scoring 21 goals and providing 18 assists.
