English Premier League side, AFC Bournemouth have announced the signing of French forward of Ivorian descent, Eli Junior Kroupi.
The club confirmed the acquisition of the attacker from FC Lorient on Monday, February 3.
According to the club statement, Eli Junior Kroupi will stay on at FC Lorient on loan to the club until the end of the 2024/25 football season.
“We are delighted to confirm the permanent signing of FC Lorient attacker Eli Junior Kroupi.
“The 18-year-old French youth international will remain with the Ligue 2 club for the rest of the 2024/25 season on loan, before linking up with Andoni Iraola’s squad in the summer,” the English Premier League club announced.
This season, Eli Junior Kroupi has been in impressive form at FC Lorient.
He has scored nine goals and assisted two goals after making 17 appearances to help the club to the top spot in the French Ligue 1 standings.
