Besiktas announce signing of Franco-Ivorian defender Kassoum Ouattara from Monaco

Besiktas have secured the signing of promising left-back Kassoum Ouattara, who joins from AS Monaco on a four-season contract, marking a significant step in the 21-year-old’s developing career.

The move marks Ouattara’s first stint outside France as he prepares to begin a new chapter in the Turkish Super Lig. His contract will keep him at the club until the end of the 2029–2030 season, underlining Beşiktaş’s long-term commitment to the young defender.

Ouattara’s move comes after three seasons with Monaco, where he progressed through the ranks and gained valuable experience in one of Europe’s most competitive youth development systems.
