Benjamin Keita: FC Wil 1900 eye move for Servette U21 forward
Swiss-Senegalese centre-forward Benjamin Keita, currently with Servette U21, has been linked with a move to FC Wil 1900 in the Swiss Challenge League.
Keita, 21, is a right-footed striker standing at 1.80m and represents Servettes U21 side, who compete in the 1. Liga Gruppe 1. A switch to Wil would mark a step up to the second tier of Swiss football as the forward looks to establish himself at a higher level.
The Geneva-born attacker has already experienced several moves within the Swiss system in recent seasons. In January 2025 he joined Servette U21 from Meyrin FC, before spending the second half of that campaign on loan at FC Stade Nyonnais, returning to Servette U21 at the end of June.
Keitas pathway has taken him from FC Champel to Meyrins second team, then into Meyrins first side and on to Servettes set-up, reflecting a steady rise through regional and lower-league football. His dual Swiss and Senegalese nationality adds further intrigue to his development, although he is currently listed only with Servettes U21 team rather than a senior national side.
The forwards market value was last recorded at 50,000 during his time with Stade Nyonnais in June 2025, before being updated following his return to Servette U21. There is no indication from the available information of any contract end date or agreed fee between the clubs.
At this stage the links between Keita and FC Wil 1900 remain a rumour, with no official confirmation of talks or an agreement.
