After just six months in Qatar, Imoh Ezekiel is reportedly eager to return to Europe, with a potential loan move to Standard Liège on the table. The news, first reported by Het Nieuwsblad, indicates that the Nigerian striker’s agent is already in discussions with Standard’s management.
Currently playing for Al Arabi, Ezekiel has netted six goals in 15 matches, but the level of competition in the Qatari league has not satisfied the 20-year-old. His desire to return to a more competitive footballing environment has prompted talks of a temporary move back to Belgium.
