The winner of the 2012 BBC African Footballer of the Year will be announced on Monday. The five nominees for the prestigious award are Ivorians Didier Drogba and Yaya Touré, Zambian Christopher Katongo, Senegalese Demba Ba, and Moroccan Younès Belhanda. The winner will be revealed at 4:50 p.m. GMT. The award is determined through a vote by African football fans. The successor to the 2011 winner, Andre Ayew, will be unveiled during the announcement.
