German giants Bayern Munich will reduce their asking price for France-born defender of Cameroonian descent, Sacha Boey, in the summer transfer window.
The German Bundesliga side signed the full-back from Galatasaray in January 2024 for a fee of €30 million, but the move has so far failed to meet expectations.
Recurring injuries have hampered the right-back’s progress, and even when fit, his performances have not convinced Bayern’s technical team.
Heading into the summer transfer window, Bayern Munich have put Sacha Boey on their transfer list.
With the decision already taken to accept offers for the right-back, the club plans to significantly reduce the value of the defender.
Sources have revealed that the Bavarians will accept any fee in the region of 18 million euros for the French-Cameroonian full-back.
Amid Boey’s imminent departure from Bayern Munich, his former club, Galatasaray, have emerged as a likely destination.
The club is believed to be ready to re-sign the defender to strengthen their squad for next season.
