Bayern Munich and Liverpool have expressed firm interest in signing France international of Angolan descent Castello Lukeba in the ongoing summer transfer window.
Since joining Leipzig from formative club Olympique Lyonnais, Lukeba has built his reputation at the club, marking 72 appearances.
As the summer transfer window heat up, Lukeba, considered as one of the top defenders in Europe, has attracted significant interest from Bayern Munich and Liverpool.

According to reports, both clubs are determined and unwilling to back down in offering superior contract terms to the 22-year-old defender.
