Aymane El Aouani seals Olympique Khouribga return on free transfer

Morocco midfielder Aymane El Aouani has joined Olympique Khouribga from US Bejaad on a free transfer, strengthening the club’s midfield options for the 2026-27 season.

The 26-year-old central midfielder completed the move on 5 September 2026 and has signed a contract running until 30 June 2027. El Aouani previously represented Olympique Khouribga before moving to RCA Zemamra in July 2025, also on a free transfer.

He later joined US Bejaad in January 2026, again without a transfer fee, before making his latest switch back to Olympique Khouribga. The move brings him back to the club where he had previously established himself after progressing from Khouribga Reserves.

El Aouani has played 37 recorded matches across the Botola Pro Inwi, Excellence Cup and Coupe du Trone Marocaine, scoring three goals. His league record includes 31 appearances and one goal, while he added two goals in three Excellence Cup matches.

A left-footed midfielder, El Aouani was born in Khouribga and holds Moroccan nationality. His return gives Olympique Khouribga an experienced option in the centre of the pitch, with his most recent spell at US Bejaad preceding the move.

He began his senior club career with Khouribga Reserves before joining Olympique Khouribga in August 2021. His subsequent spells at RCA Zemamra and US Bejaad were both free transfers, and he has now completed a third move without a fee in the space of just over a year.

El Aouani’s new Olympique Khouribga contract is valid until 30 June 2027.
