Discussions during the visit covered several key areas of football administration, including club management, business development, revenue generation, commercial partnerships and youth development.

The engagement also provided an opportunity for Al Ahly’s delegation to exchange ideas with their German counterparts on strategies for improving the overall operations of a football club, both on and off the pitch.

Particular attention was given to revenue growth and the development of sustainable business models, areas that have become increasingly important for clubs seeking to compete at the highest level of modern football.
