The Ivorian football club, ASEC Memosa, has revealed its travel itinerary to Morocco ahead of their crucial encounter against Wydad Casablanca in the final matchday of the CAF Champions League group stage.
ASEC Memosa announced their departure from Abidjan to Casablanca, with the journey scheduled to commence at 4:00 AM on Wednesday, aiming to arrive in the economic capital by 9:00 AM on the same day.
Upon arrival, the Ivorian team will settle in Casablanca before heading to Marrakech on Friday, where they will undergo a training session at the Grand Stade de Marrakech, just 24 hours ahead of their clash against Wydad Casablanca in the decisive group stage fixture.
Following the match, the visiting team will travel to Kumasi, Ghana, for the President’s Cup encounter against Asante Kotoko scheduled for Tuesday, March 5th.
ASEC Memosa currently leads their group in the CAF Champions League with 11 points, securing their spot in the quarter-finals.
They are followed closely by Simba SC from Tanzania and Wydad Casablanca, both with six points each.
At the bottom of the table sits Jwaneng Galaxy from Botswana with four points.
