Roma have made it clear they won’t let go of Evan Obite Ndicka without a fight, valuing their dependable centre-back at €40 million.
The Ivorian has become a key figure in the club’s backline, and interest from Paris Saint-Germain has only grown after a solid season.
The 25-year-old defender joined Roma on a five-year deal in June 2023 and has since impressed with his strength, calmness, and consistency. According to Corriere dello Sport, PSG are seriously considering a move, having placed Ndicka on their shortlist of defensive reinforcements.
Ndicka’s value has risen following a strong season in which he played 50 games in all competitions, scoring once and assisting twice. His performances have made him one of the most reliable defenders in Serie A.
Also in June 2023, Ndicka made the switch from representing France to playing for Ivory Coast at senior level. He earned his first call-up shortly after for an Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Zambia, before going on to win the tournament.
