AS FAR Rabat has finalized its travel schedule ahead of its crucial CAF Champions League quarter-final match against Egypt’s Pyramids FC.
The Moroccan side is stepping up preparations as they aim for a place in the semi-finals of the prestigious continental competition.
Training and squad preparations underway
The team resumed training on Friday, March 28, 2025, with all available players participating in the session.
Among those returning to the squad were Henoc Inonga from the Democratic Republic of Congo and Augusto To Carneiro from Angola, both of whom had been away on international duty.
Training sessions will continue daily until departure to ensure the team is in peak condition for the first-leg encounter.
Travel plans confirmed
AS FAR Rabat will depart for Egypt on Sunday, March 30, 2025.
The team is scheduled to arrive in Cairo in the morning, allowing for an additional training session later in the day before final match preparations.
Quarter-final showdown
The highly anticipated clash against Pyramids FC is set for Tuesday, April 1, 2025, with kick-off scheduled for 7 p.m. GMT.
AS FAR will be looking to secure a strong result in Egypt before hosting the return leg in Morocco a week later on Tuesday, April 8, 2025.
