AS FAR close to completing record signing of Mohcine Bourika from FC Sion

Moroccan side AS FAR is finalising the acquisition of Moroccan midfielder Mohcine Bourika in what will be the most expensive transfer in the club’s history.

Bourika, who joins from Swiss side FC Sion, has been secured for a fee of $400,000 during the ongoing summer transfer window.

He is set to replace Amin Zahzouh, who recently signed for Qatari outfit Al-Wakrah.

The 26-year-old has already passed his medical and is poised to receive $900,000 in wages over a three-year contract with the Rabat-based club.

The Royal Army has been the most active club in Morocco’s Botola Pro this transfer window, generating approximately $10 million from outgoing transfers while reinforcing the squad with 10 new signings.
