The supporters’ association of the Royal Army team, known as “Jamiiat Al-Jaysh,” has responded to the non-sporting events that accompanied the match between the military team and their guest Olympique Safi, which took place at the Municipal Stadium in Kenitra city.
In a statement released by the mentioned association, the club’s management is unwilling to accept any decision made by the ethics committee, emphasizing that “playing the crowd card would be an unacceptable step.”
The association noted that the incidents during the match were minor skirmishes that occurred in a section of the stadium and did not result in the match being halted.
Additionally, the match delegate did not report any cases of projectiles being thrown onto the field.
According to the same source, the fine penalty remains applicable to the club, urging the use of all legal mechanisms and means to counter any attempts to impose further sanctions, as stated in the statement.
