Cameroonian goalkeeper, Andre Onana has shared his desire to help Manchester United to win this season’s Europa League competition.
The English Premier League club is currently unbeaten in the competition and sits 4th in their group.
On Thursday, Manchester United will be aiming for victory over FCSB to book a place in the Round of 16.
Speaking ahead of the game, Onana said he wants to win the Europa League.
“The most important thing for us is to win. As a Manchester United player, we know how important that competition is. For me, we have to win the Europa League. For the guys, they all know it’s a big opportunity for us to go directly into the Champions League, so we will give everything to win the Europa League,” Onana said, per The Express.
The Cameroonian goalkeeper continued, “If we fail, it’s not good, because it’s something we definitely have to win and we will give everything to win.
“It will not be easy, because some opponents are very good, and that’s why we’ve drawn some games against very good opponents in the past.”
