Manchester United goalkeeper Andre Onana is planning to remain at Old Trafford next season, despite rumours linking him with a potential move away from the club.
According to a report from ESPN, the Cameroon international is not actively seeking a transfer and expects to be part of Ruben Amorim’s squad for the 2025/26 campaign.
Onana, 29, is under contract until 2027 and remains United’s undisputed No.1, even as speculation swirls over possible interest from the Saudi Pro League.
While there has been reported interest from Saudi Arabia, sources close to the club suggest that no formal offers have been made for the former Inter Milan and Ajax shot-stopper.
Onana endured a turbulent debut season in England, facing intense scrutiny over several high-profile errors.
The Red Devils are nonetheless believed to be exploring options to bolster their goalkeeping department.
The club has been linked with several goalkeepers this summer — a sign that competition for Onana’s place could intensify.
However, insiders indicate that unless a significant offer arrives, United are not looking to part ways with their first-choice keeper.
Onana joined Manchester United in a £47 million move from Inter Milan in July 2023.
