Cameroonian goalkeeper André Onana has expressed confidence in his country’s chances at the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations, naming the Indomitable Lions among the tournament favourites.
Speaking on Canal+, Onana highlighted the strength of Cameroon’s squad and their potential to make a significant impact in the continental competition.
“Cameroon is one of the favourites for CAN 2025. There are very good nations, but Cameroon will have its say,” Onana stated.
The Manchester United goalkeeper acknowledged the stiff competition that lies ahead, with teams like Senegal, Morocco, and Egypt expected to pose strong challenges.
