Anas Kharmoud: Italy-Morocco winger joins Legnago on free transfer from Pistoiese
Italy-Morocco right midfielder Anas Kharmoud has joined Legnago on a free transfer from Pistoiese. The 25-year-old has signed a deal running until 30 June 2027 with the Serie D – C side after one season at Pistoiese.
Kharmoud, who prefers to operate on the right flank, makes the switch within Serie D as Legnago move to add depth and experience to their wide options. He arrives with a current market valuation of €50,000 and a substantial bank of appearances at this level of Italian football.
The midfielder built his career in Serie D with a series of consistent campaigns, amassing more than 200 league appearances across the various regional groups. During that time he has contributed goals and assists at Gravina and Team Altamura, as well as in the Coppa Italia Serie D, where he has also found the net. His record includes involvement in both play-off and play-out campaigns, underlining his familiarity with high-pressure matches at this tier.
Born on 13 September 2000 and standing at 1.77m, Kharmoud developed in the Carpi youth system, progressing from the U17s before loans and moves into the senior game. Spells with Mezzolara and Gravina established him as a regular in Serie D before he moved to Team Altamura and then Pistoiese, both on free transfers.
Kharmoud’s move to Legnago is a permanent free transfer, tying the right-sided midfielder to the club until the summer of 2027.
