Amr El-Ganainy, the former president of the Football Association, affirmed that the happiest moments of his life were with the team he worked with during his presidency, highlighting the diverse experiences and numerous files that everyone collaborated on successfully.
In a television statement, El-Ganainy stated, “I had the honor of working with Dr. Gamal Mohamed, Mohamed Fadel, Ahmed Abdullah, and Sahar Abdel-Haq.
We accomplished numerous files, notably the General Assembly, within 18 months.
I have never participated in any elections throughout my life, and I am not fond of electoral calculations in general.
However, I cannot refrain from serving my country, and the presidency of the Football Association is not my ambition.
Still, if entrusted with this responsibility, I will not hesitate.”
He added, “If I run for the Football Association elections, the priority will be for those I have worked with, such as Ahmed Hassan El-Sokary, Mohamed Fadel, and Hossam El-Zanaty.”
