Algerian international Amir Saïoud has hinted at the possibility of returning to the national team after an extended absence of over three years.
Saïoud, who currently plays as a forward for Saudi club Al-Raed, has left the door open for his comeback to the national squad, from which he has been absent for various reasons, notably tactical decisions made by the former coach.
In a brief statement to Egyptian YouTuber Mahmoud Ibrahim, Saïoud said, “Hello, my friend. I greet you. I know you and follow you on Facebook. How is Algeria?”
The former player of Algerian club CR Belouizdad added, “God willing, I will return to the national team, and I will come back to Algeria.”
