Algerian striker Oussama Darfalou has secured a move to China League One side Shaanxi Union FC, marking a fresh start in his career.
The 31-year-old, who previously played for CR Belouizdad, was officially unveiled by the Chinese club on Wednesday, February 26.
A New Challenge in China
Shaanxi Union FC confirmed Darfalou’s arrival through an announcement on its official X account, stating that the deal was reached amicably between both parties.
“After friendly negotiation and agreement with the player himself, Oussama Darfalou has officially joined Shaanxi United Football Club,” the club posted.
However, no details regarding the length of his contract were disclosed.
The Algerian forward joins as a free agent following his departure from CR Belouizdad on August 29, 2024.
His move to China represents a new challenge in a league he has never played in before, offering him the opportunity to reignite his career.
Darfalou Eager for the Journey Ahead
