Algeria international Hicham Boudaoui is racing against time to be fit for the UEFA Champions League qualification match between OGC Nice and Brest this weekend.
Nice, currently fourth, have their destiny in their own hands in the quest to secure qualification to the UEFA Champions League next season.
Third place is out of their reach, however, a win against Brest at the Allianz Riviera on Saturday night will propel Nice to the Champions League qualifying rounds.
Prior to the crunch game, Nice have been dealt with a massive blow following injury to their influential midfielder.
The 25-year-old midfielder is currently carrying a knock (knee) following last weekend’s defeat, making him a major doubt for the match.
Boudaoui has made 28 appearances in the Ligue 1 this season, scoring two goals and providing three assists across the period.
