Paradou AC also attracted attention after defeating CS Constantine 5-3 in one of the most entertaining matches of the round, while MC Oran edged past ASO Chlef with a narrow 1-0 victory.
JS Saoura dominate ES Mostaganem
JS Saoura produced one of their most convincing performances of the season as they comfortably overcame ES Mostaganem.
The home side took control early in the match and quickly imposed themselves through an effective attacking display.
Saidi opened the scoring in the 22nd minute, giving JS Saoura an early advantage and setting the tone for the remainder of the first half.
Only four minutes later, Sikiru doubled the lead as the hosts continued to exploit defensive weaknesses in the Mostaganem back line.
The pressure did not ease, and Fettouhi added a third goal in the 28th minute, leaving ES Mostaganem struggling to recover before the interval.
With a three-goal advantage already secured by half-time, JS Saoura entered the second period in complete control of the contest.
Sikiru then completed his brace in the 51st minute, scoring the fourth goal and sealing a commanding victory for the home side.
The result allows JS Saoura to maintain second place in the standings and continue their strong campaign near the top of the table.
For ES Mostaganem, however, the defeat leaves them in serious difficulty near the bottom of the league, as they remain in 15th position in the relegation zone.
Paradou AC win eight-goal thriller against CS Constantine
The most dramatic match of the round came between Paradou AC and CS Constantine, where supporters witnessed an eight-goal encounter filled with attacking football.
CS Constantine entered the match as favourites, but Paradou produced an aggressive and confident display that overwhelmed their opponents for long periods.
Soukkou opened the scoring for Paradou in the 18th minute before Ramdaoui doubled the advantage around the half-hour mark.
CS Constantine responded before the break through Omoyele, whose goal gave the visitors renewed hope going into half-time.
Paradou, however, returned after the interval with the same attacking intensity.
Ramdaoui emerged as the central figure of the match by scoring twice more in the second half, finding the net in the 47th and 66th minutes to complete his hat-trick.
Reguieg then added a fifth goal in the 85th minute, apparently putting the contest beyond doubt.
CS Constantine attempted a late comeback through goals from L’Ghoul and Benmoussa, but the visitors were ultimately unable to overturn the deficit.
The match ended 5-3 in favour of Paradou AC, who secured a valuable victory despite remaining 14th in the standings.
CS Constantine, meanwhile, stay in fifth position despite the defeat.
MC Oran edge past ASO Chlef
MC Oran secured an important victory against ASO Chlef in a tightly contested encounter where clear chances were limited.
The match remained balanced for much of the evening, with ASO Chlef managing to frustrate the home side through a disciplined defensive approach.
MC Oran eventually found the breakthrough in the 59th minute when Kerroum scored the decisive goal of the match.
That strike proved enough to separate the two sides, as MC Oran successfully protected their advantage until the final whistle.
The victory lifts MC Oran into third place in the Ligue 1 standings and strengthens their hopes of finishing near the top of the table this season.
ASO Chlef, meanwhile, remain in 10th place following the defeat.
With only a few rounds remaining in the campaign, the latest results could prove important in both the title race and the battle to avoid relegation.
