Al-Nasr continued its winning streak in the Libyan Premier League by defeating Al-Sadaka with two goals to nil in the match held on Saturday evening as part of the ninth round of the competitions in Group One of “Dawreena.”
Al-Nasr takes the lead after 22 seconds
In the first half, Al-Nasr took an exceptionally early lead with a goal scored by Adel Kanari just 22 seconds into the game.
Kanari capitalized on a swift counterattack initiated by Al-Nasr players immediately after the kickoff, culminating in a cross that Kanari met with a successful finish into the net.
In the second half, Mohamed Al-Tabal added the second goal in the 81st minute with a long shot that Al-Sadaka’s defense struggled to handle.
Al-Tabal seized the opportunity, snatched the ball, broke away from the goalkeeper, and effortlessly placed it into the net.
With this victory, Al-Nasr strengthens its position at the top of the Group One standings, raising its points tally to 21.
This widens the point gap between Al-Nasr and Al-Hilal, the second-placed team with 16 points.
Meanwhile, Al-Sadaka remains at six points in the eighth position.
