Al Nasr Lel Taaden match cancelled as Second Division B produces a flurry of results

The match between Al Nasr Lel Taaden and Shabab Qena was cancelled because no ambulance was available as the Second Division B campaign continued in Egypt.

Wednesday’s fixtures in Group 1A included a convincing 3-0 victory for Al Madina Al Monawara against Aswan, while Tahta and Shabab Sohag played out a goalless draw.

Kima Aswan also secured a 3-0 win over Luxor, and Senzo drew 0-0 with Sohag.

The results from Group 1A were:

The opening round in Group 1B was dominated by drawn matches, with all five fixtures ending level.

Telephones Beni Suef drew 1-1 with Nogoom Masr, while Sila and Nasser El Fekria finished goalless. Misr Lel Makasa and Golden Gate shared a 1-1 draw, as did El Badary and Shبان Assiut.

El Minya completed the round with another 1-1 draw against Beni Suef.

Seven games in Group 2

The second round in Group 2 delivered plenty of goals and several decisive results, with seven matches played.

Al Shenwany were beaten 3-0 by Levels, while RAE recorded the same scoreline against Orange. Ittihad El Shorta defeated Kaskada 1-0, and Banha won 3-1 against Diamond.

Nogoom and Misr Insurance drew 0-0. El Obour and G drew 1-1, while El الاعلاميين and El Gezira also finished without a goal.

The remaining second-round fixture in the group, between Future Sport and Geish Shbeen, is due to be played tomorrow.

Balanced round in Group 3

Group 3 produced one goalless draw alongside a number of victories.

Porto drew 0-0 with Sherbeen, while Menia El Nasr beat El Mareekh 2-1. Dekernes claimed a 3-1 win over Al Nasr in Arish, and Port Fouad defeated Karyet Amer 2-1.

El Rabat and El Anwar lost 2-1 to Biala, while Kafr El Sheikh and El Zarqa shared a 1-1 draw. Nabrouh beat Baltim 1-0, and Shabab Aga were defeated 1-0 by Samannoud.

Seven-goal contest among Group 4 results

The second round in Group 4 featured draws for Abu El Matamir against Ashab El Gehad and Badr against El Magd.

Olympic beat Raya 1-0, while Alexandria Petroleum edged Talaea El Ostoul by the same score. Sporting produced the biggest win of the round, defeating Delphi 4-1.

Inter City won 2-0 against El Hamam, and New Sporting City recorded a 5-1 victory over El Gezira.
