Al-Merrikh secure Malagasy striker Mika Razafimahatratra on three-year deal

Sudanese giants Al-Merrikh have completed the signing of Malagasy international striker Mika Razafimahatratra on a three-year contract as they continue to strengthen their squad ahead of the upcoming season.

The club confirmed the arrival of the forward after reaching an agreement with the player, who is expected to add more attacking options to Al-Merrikh’s frontline.

Razafimahatratra joins the Sudanese side with international experience, having represented Madagascar at the senior level. His arrival is part of Al-Merrikh’s efforts to build a competitive squad capable of challenging on both domestic and continental fronts.

The striker’s ability in the final third is expected to provide additional firepower for the club, which has been one of Sudan’s most successful teams and a regular participant in CAF competitions.

Al-Merrikh have been active in the transfer market as they prepare for the new campaign, with the club also strengthening other areas of the team.
