Renowned sports commentator, Amir Hisham, has confirmed that Al-Ahly football club is leaning towards registering a promising Ghanaian duo, scouted during recent evaluations, in the youth category for the current season.
During his program on Al-Nahar channel, Hisham elaborated, “One of the players, a left-back, has captured the attention of the club’s management, along with another player.
The club aims to leverage their skills in the upcoming period.”
In a separate context, Hani Hathout stated on his show, “Al-Match,” broadcasted on “Sada El Balad” channel, that Al-Ahly has reconsidered signing Mohammed Abu Jabal due to conflicts he has with several Al-Ahly players, such as Mohamed El-Shennawy and Mahmoud Kahraba.
The duo from the Red Castles advised against completing the deal, fearing it could spark issues within the team’s dressing room.
