The Al Ahly administration is now aware of the Swiss coach Marcel Koller’s desire not to continue with Aliou Dieng in the upcoming period, especially after his absence from the starting lineup in recent matches.
During the FIFA Club World Cup held in Saudi Arabia, Koller did not rely on Dieng and instead favored the midfield duo of Marwan Attia and Ahmed Nabil Koka.
There is a growing inclination within Al Ahly to secure $5 million for the sale of Dieng in January, especially given the Qatari and Saudi offers on the table, as reported by the journalist Islam Sadek on the program “Al Primo” on the channel “Ten.”
