African giants Al Ahly are set to kick off their Club World Cup journey against MLS side Inter Miami in a much-anticipated clash that blends pedigree with ambition.
The match, scheduled for early Sunday, marks Inter Miami’s debut in the tournament’s new format, and standing in their way is one of Africa’s most decorated clubs. Luis Suarez, who leads the Inter Miami frontline, acknowledged the challenge ahead but insisted his team will give their all.
