Tony Aubynn, President of Ghanaian club Medeama, has acknowledged negotiations with Al Ahly for the purchase of their player, Jonathan Sowah.
Speaking exclusively to the program “Masaa Al Anwar” hosted by presenter Medhat Shalaby on MBC Egypt, President of Medeama Tony Aubynn stated, “Unfortunately, we will lose Sowah in the upcoming match.
He is an exceptional player, and Al Ahly has negotiated to acquire him.”
Aubynn continued, “Earlier, Al Ahly inquired about Sowah after his outstanding performance, but the negotiations did not progress to formal matters, and we do not know why the negotiations stalled.”
He concluded, “Sowah’s price is only one million dollars, and he is indeed a remarkable player.”
