Ahmed Suleiman, a member of the board of directors of Zamalek Club and the general supervisor of the football team, also commented on the current dynamics between Al Ahly and Zamalek players.
He revealed that some players from Al Ahly express their desire to play for Zamalek.
Suleiman stated, “Just as there were players who moved from Al Ahly to Zamalek before, and currently there are players from Zamalek in Al Ahly, we receive messages from some players expressing their wish to be part of Zamalek.”
He continued, “There is no unrestricted player in Al Ahly who can make a direct move to Zamalek.
Zamalek is currently a fertile ground, and most Egyptian league players aspire to join the White Castle.”
