Sitting ninth in the league with 41 points, Zamalek edged closer to eighth-placed Al Ahly, who hold 45 points.
The stands buzzed with support from club brass, including board member Mohamed Tarek, youth sector chief Badr Hamed, and assistant technical director Hazem Emam, alongside goalkeeping coach Emad El-Mandouh and administrative head Shukry Hassan.
Senior team coach Jose Peseiro, general coach Ayman Abdel Aziz, and football director Abdel Wahed El-Sayed also turned out to cheer on the rising stars. It was a day of pride for Zamalek and a breakout moment for Mido’s talented son.
