Ahly Tripoli secured a convincing victory over Olympique with a scoreline of two goals to nil. The encounter marked the second round of the Premier League of Libyan football’s second leg.

Ahly’s leading scorer, Ahmed Karawo, demonstrated his prowess by netting the opening goal at the 29th minute of the first half.

With this goal, the first half concluded with Ahly Tripoli leading by one goal. Continuing his stellar performance, Karawo struck again at the 59th minute of the second half, further extending Ahly’s lead to two goals.

However, the match took a dramatic turn in the 65th minute when the referee, Mr. Al-Alami, issued a direct red card to Ahly Tripoli’s goalkeeper, Mohammed Nashnoush.

Reduced to ten men, Ahly Tripoli displayed resilience, defending their lead against Olympique’s attacks.

Despite the numerical disadvantage, Ahly Tripoli maintained their dominance, denying Olympique any chance to capitalize on their situation.

As the final whistle blew, the scoreboard remained unchanged, with Ahly Tripoli claiming victory with two goals to nil.

With this win, Ahly Tripoli further solidifies their position at the top of Group B with 29 points, reaffirming their status as title contenders.

On the other hand, Olympique remains in the group with 9 points, reflecting on a challenging season.
