Arsenal is reportedly interested in acquiring the services of Ghanaian midfielder Afriyie Acquah from Parma FC. The 20-year-old player, often compared to Michael Essien, is currently with Palermo and has appeared in 9 Serie A matches. The potential transfer is valued at around 10 million euros, according to English press reports. Acquah made his international debut for Ghana on March 1, 2012, against Chile, and scored his first international goal on October 13, 2012, in a match against Malawi.
