Tunisia international Mohamed Ali Ben Romdhane is expected to miss his outfit final group match against Tanzania at the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations due to an injury setback.

The 26-year-old midfielder, who plies his trade for Al Ahly suffered a knee injury in the sides’ second group game against Nigeria on Sunday, where the Carthage Eagles succumbed to a 3-2 defeat.

Following scans, the enterprising midfielder has been ruled out of action for three to four days, making him unavailable for the Tanzania showdown on Wednesday.
