Congo Names 35-Man Provisional Squad for Crucial AFCON Qualifiers
Congo is gearing up for its final push in the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifiers, with head coach Claude Leroy announcing a preliminary 35-man squad ahead of decisive fixtures against Nigeria and Sudan.
The Red Devils are currently regrouping, with local players already in training since Tuesday. A number of new and returning faces highlight the list, including Brice Samba (Olympique de Marseille) and Dominique Malonga (Hibernian), who have been called up before but never joined the squad.
