Adham Hamed: Al Ahly linked with move for Petrojets Egypt midfielder
Egypt midfielder Adham Hamed of Petrojet has been linked with a move to Egyptian Premier League giants Al Ahly.
The 26-year-old central midfielder, who wears No 17 for Petrojet, has seen his reputation grow rapidly in recent months, with his market value rising to 600,000 as he establishes himself in the top flight.
Hamed joined Petrojet from Bank El Ahly in January 2025 and has since developed into one of the more highly regarded midfielders in the Egyptian Premier League, operating primarily in a central role and favouring his right foot.
Born in Cairo and standing at 1.85m, Hamed has spent his entire professional career in Egypt, with previous spells at El Nasr, Bank El Ahly and El Dakhlia SC, including a loan move to El Dakhlia in the 2023-24 season before returning to Bank El Ahly and then switching to Petrojet.
His market value has climbed steadily since 2022, with notable jumps during his time at Petrojet, reflecting his progress and increased prominence in domestic competition.
No agreement has been reached between Petrojet and Al Ahly, and the rumoured interest remains at an early stage.
