Italian giants, AC Milan, are pushing to permanently sign English striker of Nigerian descent, Tammy Abraham.
The club signed Abraham on loan from fellow Serie A club AS Roma last summer.
According to reports gathered, while the Rossoneri’s loan agreement with AS Roma for Abraham does not include a fixed purchase option, AC Milan are willing to go to the negotiation table.
It is understood that the negotiations could involve Roma’s loanee Alexis Saelemaekers as a bargaining chip to facilitate a swap deal.
It is clear that Tammy Abraham’s long-term future at San Siro now largely depends on the outcome of discussions surrounding Saelemaekers’ status with Roma.
The future of the former Chelsea FC man will become clear at the end of the 2024/25 football season.
In the case that talks between the two clubs do not go as planned, AC Milan will switch attention to Udinese forward Lorenzo Lucas.
Although his €35 million valuation is deemed excessive by the club, the Milan-based outfit will find a way to make his acquisition possible.
