Diego Maradona, the former Argentina coach and football legend, has expressed his desire to see Mario Balotelli join Napoli. Despite Balotelli’s recent struggles at AC Milan, Maradona believes Napoli would be an ideal destination for the Italian striker. Maradona stated in an interview with an Emirati television channel, “+N”, that if he were president of Napoli, his first decision would be to bring in Balotelli. He described Balotelli as an exceptional player and expressed confidence in managing any potential issues that may arise. Maradona even offered to personally oversee Balotelli to ensure his success at Napoli.
Balotelli, who has scored 11 goals in 20 Serie A matches this season, has faced criticism and speculation about his future at AC Milan. Paolo Maldini, another football legend, recently suggested that Balotelli could benefit from playing for Juventus instead of AC Milan.
